Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Robertson Plastics, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to the use of any products or this website.
In all cases, Robertson Plastics’ total cumulative liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

Product Use & Suitability
The customer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for its intended use, application, and environment. Robertson Plastics makes no representation or warranty that any product is appropriate for a specific purpose or application.
Robertson Plastics shall not be liable for any damages arising from improper handling, storage, fabrication, machining, installation, or use of its products.

Warranty Limitations
Except as expressly stated in writing, all products are provided “as is.” Robertson Plastics disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Where applicable, manufacturer warranties may apply and are passed through to the customer without additional obligation by Robertson Plastics.

Prices & Order Acceptance
Prices are subject to change without notice. While Robertson Plastics strives for accuracy, errors in pricing, product descriptions, or specifications may occur. Robertson Plastics reserves the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been submitted or confirmed.
All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by Robertson Plastics.

Shipping, Risk & Delays
Shipping and handling charges, as well as applicable taxes, will be shown separately on invoices. The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Where Robertson Plastics arranges shipping, it does so as a convenience only.
Robertson Plastics is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to material shortages, labor disruptions, transportation delays, or acts of God.
