  • Nylon

    • One of the most widely used plastics in the world, nylon has exceptional wear properties and is commonly used in bearing applications.  It is often used as a replacement for aluminum, brass, bronze, steel, other metals, other plastics, some rubbers and wood.  Nylon is available in various formulations for increased physical properties.  Contact us for pricing and availabiltiy.
  • PEEK

    • Ranking the best or nearly the best in all performance categories, PEEK is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic which remains stable over a wide range of both temperatures and frequencies.  PEEK has high chemical resistance and is unaffected by steam and hot water having a very low moisture absorption rate.  PEEK is available in several modified grades.  Click here for stock dimensions.  Contact us for pricing and availablity on sizes and varieties not listed.

  • PET-P

    • a semi-crystalline plastic, polyester terephtalate (PET-P)  has excellent strength, rigidity, dimensional stability and wear resistance.  PET-P is easily machined and fabricated is ideal for demanding applications that require close tolerances and precision machining.  PET-P also has superior chemical resistance and food contact approvals making it the preferred material for components in food processing applications and machining. • Noryl (PPO)
    • is an amorphous thermoplastic that offers a superior combination of physical strength, flame resistance, and outstanding electrical properties.  Norylis one of the most dimensionally stable materials available and unlike other amorphous thermoplastics, maintains high stiffness in to temperatures in excess of 200ºF.  Contact us for pricing and availablity.
  •  PTFE

    • commonly known as Teflon (polytetreflouroethylene), this material has unmatched chemical, electrical, mechanical and thermal properties for multiple appplications.  PTFE is chemically inert, non-stick, flexible, and weather resistant.  It excells in applications where anti-stick characteristics couples with other requirements are needed.  Contact us for pricing and availablity.

  • Ultem PEI

    • an amorphous thermoplastic, Ultem PEI (polyetherimide) is an extremely rigid, dimensionally stable, and able to withstnad continuous operating temperatures of 340ºF.  Ultem is routinely specificied for medical and pharmacuetical industry components becuase it offers superior resistance to autoclave sanitizing and is FDA/USDA compliant.  Ultem also offers unmatched dielectric properties that are maintained over a wide frequency range.  Click here for stock dimensions.  Contact us for pricing and availablity on sizes and varieties not listed.
